We, Victoria (Certified Yoga Teacher) and Tatiana (Certified Holistic Nutritionist), have witnessed first-hand stress and the kind of physical, biochemical and emotional impact it has on our bodies. It is an overall imbalance that we can keep under control when we know how to make use of the tools that can counteract it. That is the reason why we decided to unite our passions to create this workshop. We want to share with you these useful tools that can guide you on how to work on lifestyle factors to experience long-term wholesome benefits.
