    Broccoli-Spinach Nuggets

    Ingredients 4 cups broccoli florets (the equivalent in florets to 3 medium-sized broccoli) 1 ½  cups raw spinach 3 eggs 1 ½ cups gluten-free oats,  ground 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast 1 tbsp .coconut amino 1  tsp. fresh garlic, crushed 2 – 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp. dried rosemary ½ tsp. nutmeg ¼ tsp.
