    Ingredients ¼  cup almonds, chopped ¼  cup Brazil nuts, chopped ¼  cup walnuts, chopped ⅓  cup dates ⅓  cup coconut flakes, ground ½  cup orange carrots, grated ½  cup purple carrots, grated ¼  cup parsnip, grated ½  cup gluten-free rolled oats 1 tsp. ground cinnamon ¼ tsp. ground black pepper ¼ tsp. vanilla extract ⅛ tsp. fresh lemon juice     Instructions Grate the carrots and parsnip and put them aside.
