2 – 3 apples
¼ cup of almond or cashew butter, or tahini
¼ cup of Brazil nuts, sliced
¼ cup of nuts (almonds, macadamia, hazelnuts, pecans, and pistachios), chopped
¼ cup of coconut flakes, grated
¼ cup of dates, sliced
- Cut the apples into ring-shapes (slicing from top to bottom) and remove the core.
- Spread the butter all over each ring-shaped piece and top some with the sliced nuts and others with the chopped nuts.
- Finally, sprinkle coconut flakes over the apple rings with sliced nuts, and sprinkle dates over the apple rings with chopped nuts.
